I am a senior physician at the psychosis section at the University Hospital of Psychiatry (Prof. Werner Strik). I obtained an MD (Prof. Tebartz van Elst, University of Freiburg, Germany) investigating structural connectivity in Borderline Personality Disorder using Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) and a PhD (Prof. Derek Jones, Prof. David Linden, CUBRIC, Cardiff, UK)  applying advanced MRI-techniques (beyond the Diffusion Tensor Model). My principal research interest is the use of  MRI-techniques to explore associations between brain structure, function and behaviour in neuropsychiatic disorders. In particular I focus on affective and psychotic disorders.
